Moo Do He International Academy will offer a Sport TKD seminar with the great World, Pan American and USA champion: Damián Alejandro Villa Valadez. The seminar will take place over two days and will cost $90 per person for both sessions. The program will be as follows:

SATURDAY JULY 16, 2022

In Saturday’s session we will see reaction work, coordination, elasticity and range in the kick. We will focus on hitting with the correct part of the foot on each kick and on having good guard and posture before, during and after the kick

SUNDAY JULY 17, 2022

In Sunday’s session we will focus on the management of the area during the fights, fight strategy and tactics, and specific rounds to situations that we see during the competitions.
